The location is nice, close to golf courses. The Wi-Fi was slow and the breakfast options were limited.

Favourable central location short walk to the airport as well as restaurants and stores. Had tea and goodies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the hotel. Booked a room with super clean bathroom & bed linens. Thanks for the polite service you offered me, including shuttle to the airport. Moreover, there was late check-out at 11:00 am.

The staff at this hotel are always personable. The rooms are fairly quiet, and the breakfast is excellent. The facilities are awesome, and the location is close to restaurants and stores. Checking in and checking out are both friendly, making it the property of choice in Cary.

The hotel is reasonably clean with brand-new rooms. The staff is attentive and accommodating. Rooms come equipped with a TV and a pull-out sofa bed. Fantastic and satisfactory breakfast with a great selection of food. Offers early check-in and late check-out. A quiet venue that is my first choice in Cary.

The location is great - within walking distance to everything we needed. the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of delicious options. the attentive and knowledgeable staff were responsive to our requests.

When I told staff about what I found they didn't even apologize about it or anything! Lack of customer service

When I arrived I noticed several busses on the lot. I asked what was going on and was informed that there was a swim team staying at the hotel.. Because they needed double rooms, which I had booked the hotel upgraded my room to a king suite. It was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and courteous. This was my second time staying there and I most definitely will be returning.

This trip the hot tub was out of order... Very much wanted that!

The atmosphere was friendly, the location was magnificent, and they offered an absolutely fantastic and satisfactory breakfast here, just 3 miles away from Apex Lake.
